What is a mobile-friendly site?
A mobile-friendly site is built specifically for the mobile experience. It takes advantage of mobile features, including click to call and click to map, so it’s easy for users to get to your businesses immediately and easily.
Do I also have to host my regular site with Bespoke Mobile?
No, how it works is our software does a conversion on your regular site and then me make some enhancements on this end and you have final say on the Mobile Site look and feel. We give you the information required for your current hosting company to add into the code of your current site or we can contact them for you if you wish. If you built your own website we can help you install the code
If I make a change to my regular site do I have to contact Bespoke Mobile to do the same changes?
No, our software recognizes the changes and automatically adds them. the only time you need to contact us is to let us know if you have added a page to your navigation that you wish to have as a button on the home page or another page of your mobile site. Because your small monthly hosting fee includes the addition of these changes, you don’t have to pay anything extra.
Will people on laptops and desk tops see the mobile site and will it be messed up on their screens?
No, when someone connects to your site from a mobile device, the code implanted by us will recognize them as searching from these devices and will redirect them to the mobile compatible version of your site. Those searching from a laptop or desktop will see the traditional version of your site.
Will this work with a WordPress site or blog?
Yes. Although some WordPress sites will convert to mobile on their own, they may not do it in a manner that is suitable and doens’t add features like Click To Call or Click To Maps?
What are your office hours?

Do I need to come to your office?
No. If you live locally we can meet with you at your office when it’s convenient for you. Or through the wonders of technology and the Internet we can do it online through emails and skype or over the phone.
My business is not in the UK, can you still do a mobile site for us?
Certainly, the cool thing about todays technology is that we can offer this service for you in pretty much any part of the world that you are located.
Isn’t an App the better way to go?
Apps were the first widgets created to help you work on a site with a mobile device. They are however not always the best thing for a small or mid sized business. After an App is created it has to be approved. This can take weeks. They are expensive and when a customer comes to your site they then have to go and download the App that is compatible with their device (Iphone, Androids, Blackberrys etc.). This takes time and turns off your potential customer who wants information on your business now. Plus research shows that most Apps are never used again after 20 days of downloading them. Mobile compatible sites don’t require approval and are read by all devices and our software is constantly updated to any new devices and platforms. With our quick service you can have yours up and running quickly and easily. In some cases we can even offer same day service or depending on your needs usually 2-3 days.
